Bio on Ali Badibanga:
Ali Badibanga is a researcher, speaker, and talent analytics professional. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in educational leadership at the University of North Florida. Ali’s research is focused on the leadership, workplace and decision making values of Millennials and Generation Z. Recognizing that Millennials and Gen Z represent the largest and most diverse generations in American History, Ali thrives on uncovering the complexities that drive Millennials and Gen Z in the modern world.
In 2016, millennials surpassed baby boomers as the largest living generation in American History. Their career aspirations, attitudes about work, knowledge of new technologies, and impact on fundraising will profoundly define the cultures of the 21st century. Does this effect you? … Yes!
