AFP May Program - Breakfast in Jacksonville
Donor Loyalty Survey - A Deeper Dive
Session Description -
The ways in which donors interact with organizations are ever changing, as new giving and engagement opportunities are introduced. With that, donors are expecting more and more of the nonprofits they support. As we see supporters interacting more virtually, the expectation from donors is for the same level of personalized engagement they have grown accustomed to with all their other digital interactions. As your donor database grows and diversifies, are you segmenting appeals and communications to make the right ask, to the right people, int the right way? Join us as we review and dissect the latest donor research, and more importantly, focus on what you can actually DO with the data to make a difference in your organization. We'll discuss the role online and in-person experiences play in increasing donor loyalty and important findings to help nonprofit organizations evaluate their own donor experiences including:
- Shifts in giving and donor preferences
- Opportunities for improving donor experiences
- The importance of personalization and what makes good content
